I was notified yesterday that the upload did not really appear on the
server. I think FSF had some problems with the infrastructure.
The tarballs are now published.

I think the same happened for libmicrohttpd 0.9.61 and libextractor 0.8. They
are not available on the FSF server.

Admin says FTP logs had no details.
