Out of curiosity, why a 307 temp redirect rather than a 301 perm redirect?

If I tell gnupg to make a trust signature limited to the domain:
nowhere.com
it converts this into <[^>]+[@.]nowhere\\x5c.com>$
I see the logic.
However, if I am trying to copy this re from one signature to another,
and I tell gnupg to limit a trust signature to "
<[^>]+[@.]nowhere\\x5c.com>$ "
