The GUI I like the best for GnuPG is GNU Privacy Assistant. It is "gpa" in
synaptic. [sudo apt-get install gpa].
I don't know if GPA does encrypt/decrypt though (I use command line for most
everything).
Another option is the plugins for Seahorse ("seahorse-plugins"). You can add

You could try Kleopatra or GPA but Enigmail/Openpgp does all that the others

You can use GnuPG from a shell by issuing (f.e.) the command "gpg --edit-key".
And then there is a GUI program which is called GPGShell. And apparently
another GUI program called GnuPGShell.
