Hi Robin,
the Nexenta development process is the same as in Debian. Here is how we
use tools mostly:
1. apt-get source pkg
2. build fix using dpkg-buildpackage -s
3. upload using dput
As a start, take a look on https://launchpad.net/nexenta for bugs. As
