Hi everyone
I was going to update the wiki with some thoughts about desktop bundles
and host-platform service interfaces, but it's still locked. Instead,
the dev mailing list will get spammed - it might be useful to discuss
anyway.

In Foundation, NSNumberFormatter still needs work (Fred just recently
started on it), and perhaps we should add the NSMessagePort
implementation on Windows that Richard has talked about to the 1.0

This is simplistic, but should do the job for an application that has only
one exe file and depends on gnustep-base.
