my -base and -make is from cvs dated 2006-01-11. and it works fine on
NetBSD/i386.
I installed all needed libs with pkgsrc from source. (www.pkgsrc.org)
Adam has a test account on 2 of my machines and knows also that NetBSD base and
make was working
fine. I am not that much into make
