I have made some changes to the scripts which now track all branches. The repos have full history going all the way back to the beginning of the project.
The mirror repos will be the jumping off point to migrating to git at which point, once the new repositories become official the git mirror will be just a read-only remote. This will not for a while after as we want to give everyone time to migrate away from SVN. This thread shall not evolve into another git vs. svn flamewar. This decision has been made.
