New Windows installer: now with gui!

Hi, it took some time, but now there is a new Windows Installer. And this one contains gui and back as well! As an added bonus base is now linked with zlib and I threw in a newer version of gdb. The release consists of the following files: GNUstep-base-1.10.1-gui-0.9.4.exe MD5-checksums-GNUstep-
