Have you triggered a new instance of the pipeline since adding the new
stage?
It's possible that the Dashboard is showing a representation of the
pipeline as it existed when that instance was created.

I added a new stage for the existing pipeline via yaml.
the new stage was not showing in the dashboard. but on the pipeline
settings page, I can see the newly added stage.
I am not sure what the issue is in the dashboard.

Are you using Pipelines as Code via YAML Config Repositories - and this is
what you are talking about?
Assuming so, unless you've turned off auto updating for the underlying
repository, by default they should update within a minute. Admins can
review the configuration at Admin > Config Repositorie
I updated existing yaml file. but still not reflected in gocd dashboard.
any way we can refresh the dashboard.
