My thanks to Steve for this very revealing post, which to my mind only
confirms what a shambles the whole process has been since the formation of
the Finch Group through to the swift announcement of the policy and the lack
of attention to implementation. I am inclined to think that the whole
Andrew is right in pointing to the avenue for UK voters to write to their
MPs. I shall certainly be doing that myself if the present situation
continues. The action tends to have greater effect the closer we come to a
General Election! The question to an MP needs to be accompanied by an
Adoption of open access in Theological Studies will accelerate with a new
generation of scholars--like Jack
