If anyone is interested, I delivered a paper entitled 'Recent Developments in Open Access' at the Theta 2013 Conference last week. This is a biannual meeting of ICT and Library staff working in Australasian universities. The paper is available (open access) at http://eprints.utas.edu.au/16321/. Of course there were even more developments since I wrote the paper, which I managed to work into the presentation.
