Hello, I would like to migrate but am not able to obtain the required points. I have two brothers abroad, one in the States and one in Australia. My mother was born in Panjim. I would be making a trip to Goa this week.Could you let me know how I should go about getting the spade work done for obtaining my mother's birth certificate and routing my immigration through a portuguese passport so that it would be easier for me to migrate.
