HC URGED TO EXPEDITE HEARING ON PIL ON STRAY ANIMAL MENACE A Division Bench of the Bombay High Court comprising of Justice V.C Daga and Justice PV Hardas will consider next Monday the request for an early hearing of the Public Interest Litigation filed by Convenor of "People for Elimination of Stray Troubles" (P.E.S.T), Dr Rosario Menezes regarding the Stray Animal Menace on the roads and public places.
Today Adv. Aires Rodrigues representing the petitioner submitted before the Bench that the stray dogs/cattle menace in Goa had reached alarming dangerous proportions and that the Government had taken no action in this matter. Adv.
