I am perplexed by what I read about Mr. Singh and the King Cobra. If it is illegal to catch a snake (Mr. Singh did not kill it) then what about the countless snakes that I have seen while travelling the roads on Goa killed before being made to die a thousand deaths by cars and scooters run
