Konkan Railway now offers "bedding" - a pillow, a
sheet and a blanket - on rent Rs. 20/- to those passengers travelling on an
over-night journey in 2nd class Reserved Coach.
I do not know wheher this sevice is offered
on other routes of the Indian Railways.

own practical tips to add to yours
1. Smile, greet your fellow passengers, as they will
more than likely be with you for the duration of
the trip. Getting to know them, helps, especially
if you are travelling alone, a
