(A Govt. of India Enterprise) Advertisement -------------------------------------- Telephone Adalat for North / South / East / Central Goa The next Telephone Adalat is scheduled to be conducted March 2005.
The subscribers whose complaints related to telephone and other related services that have not been settled for a long time can send their applications in duplicate giving complete details of the case in writing to the Commercial Officer (HQ) o/o the General Manager, BSNL, Goa Telecom District, Goa Sanchar Bhavan, Plot No. 3, EDC, Patto Plaza, Panaji - 403 001.
Subscribers should have exhausted normal channels of disposal of complaints such as appeal to the Area Manager and the General Manager, before representing to the Adalat.
Only individual complaints pending for a long time, signed by the applicant will be considered for the adalat.
Applications from Associations, Excess Billing Complaints of PCO cases, cases that are subjudiced and those cases that have already been settled in previous Adalats will not be considered in this Adalat.
The applications should be superscribed 'Telephone Adalat March 2005'. The adalat for each area will be held separately.
