Dear Goa netters, The heritage building,Palacio do Idalcao or the venerable Palace of Adil Khan and Adil Shah that housed the Goa Secretariat till now,was to be made into a museum on 01 April,2003. April Fool !! In a jiffy it is now being converted into a permanent office for IFFI. Real filmy style plot, yaar.
