Vivian has resigned from the CEC Hard Core Committee and has been appointed the Governor of GoaNet by President Pandurang. In a typical scratch-your-back reaction Governor Vivian has threatened President's Rule on GoaNet if less than 10% of subscribers qualify to vote by posting something before 31st March 2004.

In his maiden gubernatorial speech Governor Vivian started of with "Dho Polla". To which everyone in the know replied with "Dow Podla" except for Merwyn who checked the Dow Jones index on JoeUK's WAP enabled mobile. For those who came in late Merwyn's makes his livelihood from 'removing phurs' from Canadian Tyres. After he has removed the phur (puncture) an even bigger phur remains, thus he is never unemployed.

Vivian a former garden variety politician spoke about how we should cultivate more Mangos, Tamarinds and Cashews. He managed to get in some publicity for his brother-in-law Shenzi's Caju Feni. Opposition benches are questioning how Shenzi Feni Pvt. Ltd was waived a loan repayment of Rs. 67 lakhs by the EDC and how the GoaNet Admin Team allowed some people to blatantly publicise their commercial products while not allowing others.

Gabe has resigned from the CEC Hardcore Committee and has taken up a job as an editorial consultant for a local publication. He admits he is not very conversant with Konkani having been with Stella for so many years, "But I am making an effort to re-learn the language of my ancestors.". Some East Efrican GoaNetters quarters feel that Gabe is 'na faraii wazimu'.

Seb has resigned from the CEC Hard Core Committee and formed the Silent GoaNetters Party (SGP). Said Seb, "I speak on behalf of all silent GoaNetters. I don't see why they have to post before March 31st to vote. I oppose this unilaterine decision of the Chief Election Commissioner. In fact many of my party members have complained to me that they have been unsubscribed recently because their mail bounced. This is proof that the ruling coterie is trying to eliminate voters names from the rolls."

--- excerpt from Interview with Seb. ---

Gabe: What led to the differences between you and the CEC?
Seb: He has the mental age of an 18 year old.

Gabe: How many members do you have in your party?
Seb: As of today 4927.

Gabe: Can you have a show of strength?
Seb: No, but I can light some fireworks if you like.

Gabe: Why don't your members speak up?
Seb: They are silent. I speak on their behalf.

Gabe: Can we at least see them?
Seb: They are faceless too.
