You all are Lucky.The parish priest of borivli(mumbai) has ordered that the church be Closed & Locked within 10 minutes of the last service(Mass), IRRESPECTIVE OF THE TIME OF DAY/DAY OF THE WEEK.
It makes a loud statement on modern concepts of church going.

The only reason I ask these questions is because I do not know the answers to those questions.
1. Would you know WHY it is that the parish priest of Borivli(Mumbai) has ordered the church be Closed & Locked within 10 minutes of the last service(Mass)
2. If you do not know for certain, have you asked?
3. Who funds the electricity and security requirements of that church?
4. Does the Borivili congregation ensure that the clergy are adequately "looked after".
5. Does the Borovili congregation believe that the clergy should also have a life?
Would you also care to expand on what you meant by " loud statement on modern concepts of church going" ?
