The real call by Gilbert should be for him to be less pious and get his facts 
right.  His donation
IS NOT sitting in a Goa Sudharop bank in San Francisco, it has already been 
sent to the Goa Heart
Foundation (GHF), the group managing the Cardiac Care Center. Goa Sudharop was 
the funding vehicle
and served its purpose well. Gilbert is aware that it is not managed by Goa 
Sudharop but by GHF
and he has previously been in touch with them.  If they have not currently 
updated him on the
project he should contact them.  It would be better than trying to malign the 
name of Goa
Sudharop. I know the GHF has gone through tremendous efforts over the last few 
years to get their
paperwork, trust, govt. approvals and it is not a quick process.
