[Goanet] Lisbon’s rule over Goa unacceptable

   I believe the official  were either misquoted or misinterpreted.  They are in a struggle to survive, and are more likely to ask India for assistance, rather than damage the amity of several decades.  Little justifies the provocation, and the story is not credible.   eric.
