Dear GS:Ibonio is a phenomenal worker and he has high values and ideals.I spoke
to him today by phone.He said that he is hoping that you would consider "Art,
Culture, Heritage and Identity" for next year's theme. He feels that we Goans
have to hang on to our identity - the young people need to feel connected to
the past in order to have and maintain values.Please discuss this theme with
