[Goanet] 75th 75th year of independence with a difference The celebrations on Republic day of India the Chief Guest was a crown of glory of the day This year French President Macron was the high light to grace the ocassion.The Tableaus of states were a big draw to look forward too.Unfortunately some states of Union of the opposition were excluded.The emphasis was largely on the might of military power and its defence strength capability.The focus and in the lime light was Nari Shakti this year . The parades, March pasts , the bands the Tableaus were dominated entirely by cast of women and prominently led by women .It was women power down the Kartavya path.Women on daring motorcycle stunts stunned the audience .They were a thrilling experience to equal men with perfection and grit.Women for the first time piloted aircraft in its formations that is a big leap forward .Women now are participants at all levels in the armed forces and merit not gendre is the criteria for upward ...
