Dear Arwin, I read with great interest in your presentation on the road map to save whatever thats left of Goa. There have been a great many points in your presentation.
But the very fact that we are entrusting our presentation to a chief secretary who himself may have nothing at heart for the cause of Goa. Its not that i have anything against JP Singh but Its sad that all central officers posted in Goa make enormous money through whatever means. For them its a holiday to be posted in Goa cause they really can be at ease. You may just take the case of the CCP scam regarding some Hannur being paid as proxy. I just hope that the presentation from the Govt of Goa does yield some result. Hope it doesnt become a tamasha enacted by the Govt. As it is i dont have much hope in the present despensation who are much bigger robbers. Otherwise they wouldnt send the police to arrest amche niz goynkars to be arrested in Cortalim junction as if they were searching for terrorirst and thats what PI Edwin said I believe. While the hordes of ghanttis in monte slum, housing board, chimbel etc can have a hay day. Hope the presentation does yield some results.
