After resorting to sheer gutter politics in their failed attempt to usurp
power in Delhi, the BJP again stooped too low in Bihar to try and restrain
Nitish Kumar from becoming Chief Minister again. Besides dubious efforts of
horse trading they went to the extent of playing the card of caste politics
by alleging that Jitan Ram Manjhi, a mahadalit was being sacrificed from
continuing as Chief Minister.

If their love for the backward communities is not fake, can the BJP
explain as to how it allowed the veteran Shripad Naik their face of the
Bahujan Samaj in Goa to be craftily sidelined from becoming Chief Minister
and pushed to the corner by his bête noire Manohar Parrikar. And more
recently another senior BJP leader from the Bahujan Samaj Ashok Mogu Naik
was over looked during the recent Panaji Assembly by-poll.

In the Delhi elections and this recent Bihar political hara-kiri, Narendra
Modi lowered himself to a street fighter failing to realize that he was
bound to uphold the dignity and stature of that very high office as Prime
Minister of the world’s largest democracy. The reality seems to be now
dawning in the people of India with Narendra Modi’s despicable politricks
and gimmicks sliding out of circulation. The chorus may now be ‘BJP mukta
bharat’.
