I was very interested to read Edwardingoa's recipe.
He may like to know that many years ago, the Curry Club in London were very
keen to order Bombay duck pickle from my wife. It is a real delicacy, and
they used to reserve it for their Christmas hampers. I remember taking
several jars of this pick
