Almost any bandh in Goa tends to be a success given a sufficient critical
mass of thugs,goons and idlers. So closure of shops and stoppage of buses
need not be taken as a sign of complete support.
After all who in his right mind wants his shop busted or his skull cracked?
Who in his right senses
on these lines and then say that it has been near
100 per cent successful.
