As I understand it, all government transactions aim to go cashless by October. The internet is down/ unreliable just when you need it, and hand held machines have been ordered from SBI and other sources. They must br tested and reliable! The push is required so things move, however I wish government would get their act together first and not use us as gunea pigs! We have suffered enough due Demonitization and GST. The quality of our lives and tension/fear generated is not good for the nations aam admi.
