To counter the idiotic offer of Chandra Babu Naidu ( the cyber prefix
seems to have evaporated pretty soon indeed) of giving out Rs. 1 K and
Rs. 2 K doles to people, sensible political parties (are there any?) could
offer free computer training
to all voters (worth Rs. 10 K a month)!!!
This can create millions of jobs and turn thousands into entreprenuers!!!
on the other hand, the Rs. 1 K a month will end up people spending the
free money on drinks. Only the likes of Mallya would benefit, and
may be they can then use the booze money to buy more of Gandhi
memorabolia. What a state have we come to!
