communidade buildings are in ruins These heritage structures are crumbling due to neglect and apathy of Govt. The buildings at Panjim , Margao are in dire state of neglect ,may fall down like nine pins soon .The estimates and reports on maintenance and restructuring are gathering proverbial dust . and valuable records are in danger of being lost for ever .The Govt has plundered the wealth of share holders by wantonly usurping powers, acquiring and then profiting by re sale .The Guardians ,custodians, administrators of communindades are appointed by Govt and who have no allegiance to the share holders or institution Communidades are one of the finest institutions ,legacy of Goa which are now demolished by apathy. The employees are unpaid for months and land assets of the communidades are distributed illegally through connivance
The only land resource available to the Govt is of communidades .The executives committees are rendered toohless to safe guard the assets of the share holders .The committees too exploit the position to feather their own test and are rarely committed to safeguard the interests of the Institution .The administration of this institutionis being manipulated to suit the looters The public of Chinchinim citizens carried on a massive campaign to prevent the acquired land without share holders consent of heritage building for a ludicrous purpose of busbay.
