Briefly -
The shaved hillside at Bambolim, viewed from the Goa University
side, is again humming with construction activity. Already one
can see erected concrete columns. I thought there was a stay
order on that Aldeia de Goa project.
The ongoing real estate fest at the Reis Magos hill is also a great
success. I hear the going rate is 8 crores of rupees per villa and...
they have all been sold out! No prizes for guessing whether the
buyers are Goan or bhaile.
