Can we say that road accidents in India are caused by driver errors? It would 
be like saying that going next to a dynamite dump with fire caused an 
accidental explosion. You drive at breakneck speed on a busy road and swerve 
the vehicle to avoid an obstacle and avoid changing gears, you overtake in no 
overtaking zone and enter into a no entry zone, negotiate a sharp turn into a 
narrow lane, and the resultant crash will be termed as an accident or driver 
error.   Incredible India's, incredible reasoning.
