Satva is definitely pretty common, AFAIK. It is used as a nutritious food for babies - a very good alternative to canned powder. Without sugar and with less milk, it is also eaten by the elderly. Powdered packs are available, as you found out, or one can get it powdered at a flour mill. -- Nee
