FN; With respect to Goans or any other communities getting into politics of countries other than say in the Gulf. Hope you are aware that there are legal migrant control policies into those countries, which keeps the migrant influx under control to levels as a result of which, even their political entry wil not drastically impact local politics. Regards, Arwin

PLS WRITE THIS DOWN, AS I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS POINT TO YOU EARLIER AND YOU SEEM TO BE CONVENIENTLY FORGETTING. EXPAT COMMUNITIES WHERE I STAY HAVE NO POLITICAL RIGHTS AND ARE ON TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMITS, WHICH CAN BE REVOKED AT ANY TIME BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. WE HENCE CANNOT OWN THIS LAND OR INFLUENCE THEIR POLITICS. AND WHATEVER HAPPENS THIS LAND WILL REMAIN WITH THEM ; WHICH IS RIGHT BY THE WAY!! Also, where do you get yourfigure of 40% from? Just xenophobic politicians? SO WHAT IS YOU FIGURE FN. 5% , 10%, 15%. IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH A LOW FIGURE THEN I WILL NOT ARGUE IT. Could you clarify whether statistics are maintained in Goa (or therest of India) about ethnicity? AFAIK, the only question is "place ofbirth". At one stage, six of eight members of our extended familywould have been considered as "non Goan" going by that criteria. Please be careful as to whom you disenfranchise in your zeal. STOP COMPLICATING AND READ MY POST CAREFULLY, I FULLY UNDERSTAND MIGRATION AND THAT PEOPLE INTEGRATE INTO LOCAL POPULATION AND LANGUAGE; NOT VICE VERSA AS HAPPENING IN GOA TODAY WHERE THERE A RAPID AND UNCONTROLLED INFLUX OF MIGRANTS INTO GOA The issue of bogus voting needn't be mixed with ethnicity. A number ofprominent individuals (from the anti-merger side) have made publicstatements about their own bogus voting in 1967. Any comments on that? TO WHICH POINT IN MY ORIGINAL POST IS THIS REPLY OF YOURS?? PLEASE DO NOT DIVERT. Please post your comments on my Blog: http://goanidentity.blogspot.com/ Please also see below: 1.
