Dear Goanet Readers, Let us not talk the word RSS because this is a sensitive issue and it may bounce against BJP itself. First an foremost whether Laximikant or Arlekar can take up CM's post by replacing Parrikar if he takes up assignment as Defense Minster of India? I am strongly in the opinion that Arlekar is no corrupt man. Parsekar has to clear the Pernem land issue, whcih allegedly has got at cheap rates as people are after him especially the Congress leaders.When he has some patches in his back he may not succeed well as CM in Goa. GMC Hospital is still with problems and not yet solved. Even Health Dept he could not looked after well. Panjim MLA replacement Parrikar must find out a person who will improve Panjim and that CCP which is already dead needs to be resurrected. So many problems/issues Panjim is having , for example; garbage, Miramar beach is completed damaged with sand dunes, mangroves, and environment etc. Parking issue not solved at all, Casinos, Traffic of tourists crowding in Panjim and worst at D.Paula and Miramar, Urination and Defecation at all the places in Panjim especially near the construction. High rise approvals for construction, CRZ problems, Sharada Mandir school and foot bridge not taken any decision to shift or break it, No plan so far for Panjim city upgradation as all the time say it is in pipeline but never materializes, St Inez Creek forever dirty and polluted, Drains not in place in Panjim as no drawing plans with CCP and PWD, IFFI is an another disgusted problem for Goans and old GMC building is always found empty but and it used as kitchen, roads are completely dilapidated and damaged with sewage work without any plans in place, lots of corruption at all levels, etc etec, Another issue, is casinos which everybody knows it is a bigger problem for Goans but BJP wants it for keeping BJP alive for funds and not for Casinos interest , whether it will be temporary or permanent nobody knows . Once Mining get clear which is not sure and it may go upto 2016 or 17 and by that time Goa will be in ruins. Arlekar also has minor patches but perhaps he may get it over it. Others in BJP are all corrupt at the extreme except one or two but they are not fit for Defense. Finally Parrikar is leaving Goa when Goa has not completed all issues and they are pending. We needed him for Goa. After all Nation comes first. Modi wants him by hook and crook. Shantaram Naik, says that Parrikar is running away from Goa as he does not want to give any explanation for others whether legal or not legal. Once he gets Defense perhaps he is free from all these issues. I know for sure that IIT person cannot do wonders for all kind of assignment, there are limitation for this intellectual IIT cadre . Some knowledge may be of importance which may help him. He is expert and excellent in administrative duties and not corrupt. Only we pray that his health gives him support and GOD will surely allow him to work for the country under Modi Government only. GOOD LUCK PARRIKAR.
