Can you promote the idea of collecting and lodging such stray cattle in a
"cattle pond" from which the owners can collect them on proof of ownership
and on paying the incidental charges? One would need a large tract of
fairly open grazing land on which these animals would thrive --
Given the fact that the government has been unable to keep its promise of
making the roads of Goa ‘pothole-free’, will the authorities at least
ensure that our roads are free of cattle and stray dogs.
