Mr Hartman D'Souza,
Salam tuka! for your beautiful article on HT, and published on Goanet.

What good the Ministers do to the Goan youth? Instead of developing them in
their career,
make them to work for them, repay by taking them to beer bars, beach
parties, and make them
gundas. What is their life today? Some are involved in rape cases, robberies
and gundagiri.

On Shantaram Naik's comment in Parliament one had to say lot but remained
numb
saying Oh Lord forgive him for he did not know what he said to save his
defective activists.

Goa and its 40 thieves, enjoys their life for electing them by Goans and
sending to
Assembly Hall. The Tourism Minister and his three mates enjoyed in UK on
Governments account. Mr Hartman I fully agree to you, for saying,
Goa itself has been raped, and not just once, not just by one man, and not
just last month.
Instead of spending the funds on UK trip, this Minister must have visited
the streets of
Vasco, Panjim, Margao and Mapusa and taken innitiative to clean up the
garbage.
Government cannot find a Garbage disposal location nor can build a Garbage
disposal
Units for these Cities, why they want Tourists in Goa? To smell the garbage
filled streets?
The PWD Minsister is list bothered about the potholes on streets, he is more
interested
lending the places to non Goans and developing his Football team.

The Hon Chief Minister of Goa Mr Digamber, we dont want the Tourists in Goa
if the
street filled with garbage are not cleaned, we dont want the outsiders to
come and work
in Goa, unemployed Goan youth must get employed first. We dont want your
ministers
to visit foreign countries instead spend that funds in cleaning main city
streets
Clean Goa and save Goa.

Best Regards
Peter Fernandes
