I say never say never ! Bwana D'Souza, It seems (to me) that there are two camps of people here. One camp consists of people who are fixated on 1961 and pre-1961 Goa. The other camp consists of those who are concerned about the Goa of tomorrow. Goans are capable of anything. With the right focus and the right leadership, Goa can become a great place to live in. Like you, I am waiting for that "Goan spring" to begin. Mervyn
