HSSCE results on net, mobile, landline HERALD REPORTER The results of HSSC examinations (Std XII) conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher secondary education held in March this year, will be declared on May 15 at 3.30 pm The results will be available on National Network of Education (NNE)’s state portal for Goa on www.Goaeducation.net and www.ExamResults.net on Friday at 3.30 pm. According to a press note issued here, National Network of Education (NNE) has taken the initiative to publish the examination results of all School Boards of Education and Universities across the country on its portals and through mobile phones as well. Result can also be accessed on mobile phones by sending the following SMS to ‘56263’: <space>GOA12<space>ROLLNO to 56263. Example: RESULT GOA12 123456 to 56263 NNE has setup special dedicated servers which will enable students to get their results instantly on web and mobile with ease. The National Network of Education (NNE) is India’s largest online educational network of 50 portals covering 28 states, 7 UTs, 4 metros and 4 major cities. ON LANDLINE & MOBILE: Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) will provide Goa 12th Board Result on tel: 1255560 for mobile subscribers and 12555 for Landline subscriber, after the declaration of the results. For this service Rs 5 per min will be charged for mobile and charge for 20 sec pulse for landline. Candidates can also pre-register from their BSNL mobile, before the results and they will get the results through SMS, after the declaration of the result, a press release said here. Subscribers can also get the result by SMS by sending ‘GB12<ROLL NO>’ to 56505 for class 12th. Subscriber will be charged Rs 5 per SMS. GOA BOARD: The Board said arrangement for distribution of statement of marks and results of the examination will be done the next day (May 16) between 10.30 am and 1 pm at the Board’s office in Porvorim and South Educational Zone in Margao. All heads of recognized higher secondary schools in Bardez, Tiswadi, Pernem, Bicholim, Sattari and Ponda talukas will have to collect the results and statement of marks from the Board in Porvorim. Heads of schools from Canacona, Quepem, Sanguem, Salcete and Mormugao will have to go to South Educational Zone. Private candidates have been asked to collect their mark sheets/passing certificate-cum-mark sheets from the Board’s office.
