Reflections of a Christian on the
FESTIVAL OF DIVALI
It is the dream of humanity to be in the light and walk according to the
light. I am happy when my Hindu brethren celebrate the festival of Diwali
(popular modification of the Sanskrit word Deepavali, which means a "row or
cluster of lights"),
Why, of course, the institute's goal is to spread good wishes at times
like Ganesh and Diwali, and probably Christmas too. Also football
matches. :-)
Just joking, of course!

Vivek

I wish all our Hindu Goanetters a happy and divine Diwali or Deepavali as
known to Sinagporeans of Indian origin.
May the light shine ever so bright for you, in the coming year.

Happy Diwali Greetings to all Hindu and Christian Goanetters.
The "Festival of Lights," where the lights or lamps signify victory of good

May the festival of lights
chase the darkness of frustration
And may the lamps of hope never wane
May they survive every turbulent rain!
