Hindu Janajagruti Samiti organized a public Hindu Dharmajagruti meeting
at Azad Maidan in Panaji on Thursday to discuss the protection of Hindu
temples, unification of trustees of the temples in Goa and igniting
pride for Dharma amongst Hindus to unite them.

The gravest attack on the Hindu Dharma today is the declaration of
religious places illegal by the administration. The list of unauthorized
religious places brought out by the government includes ancient temples that
are 350 to 500 years old. In this context, the HJS has launched a
state wide campaign in this regard. As a part of this campaign, the HJS
has conducted meetings at Pedne, Mapusa, Panaji, Ponda, Margao,
Curchorem, Canacona, Vasco, Bicholim, etc. and has met with trustees of
various temples of Goa. Signature campaigns have also been conducted at
various places in Goa.

Appeal to form a committee giving representation to main three religion
in Goa in each Village.
