You can act the 'Elder Statesman' a-la Vajpayee, and guide others AFTER you
have first faced the music yourself, Doctor. Even Sherlock Holmes, fond of
analysing crime whilst smoking a pipe in his comfortable armchair, jumped
into the fray and tackled murderous hounds when the time came. The common
man (Aam aadmi), which your Party claims to protect, expects you to lead
from the front.
Many are they who talk from the Pulpit but only he who practices what he
preaches earns respect!
Politics is a full time mission. If one wanted not to get wet, one
shouldn't have entered the waters in the first place.
