Of course, Rene, there is a code. However, it is not widely know, and
goes something like this:
* Thou shalt do everything in thy powers to ruin the sport association
you are heading.
* At the same time, thou shalt give the message to everyone concerned
that without you, they can't move forward.
Is there a code of conduct for ministers who hold posts in sports
associations?
That's what the Bombay High Court has asked the union
government to explain.
