We are in need for a Personal Assistant to our Managing Director,

Kindly find enclose some of the requirements:

- High degree of computer competency using email, Office (Word, Excel and
PowerPoint), web-based tools.

- Outstanding written and verbal English skills.  Fluency in French is
highly preferred, knowledge of Arabic might be a plus, but not required.

- Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects ensuring timely and
effectively delivery.

- Develop and prepare management and other reports and documents

- Build professional relationships with senior Group management and the
leaders in the field of the Group's activity.

- Plan, organise and execute programs, projects and a range of diverse
assignments.

- Confident, strong communication Skills, Flexible and can maintain
confidentiality

- Work closely with all levels of management, including senior leaders.
Build professional relationships and credibility with external groups and
industry officials at the highest level.

- Minimum of 3 years previous experience providing executive assistance to a
senior business leader.

The package will be around 14000Dhs and it can be negotiable,
