Some years ago, I do remember Goans who were living in the Tottenham area,
but am not sure if there
are any there now. Enfield does have some Goan
residents and Croydon is certainly home to many
Goans - not only Croydon, but the surrounding areas
of Thornton Heath, Norbury etc.

As far as I am aware there are no Goans directly affected by the UK riots.
To the best of my knowledge there are several hundred Goans

Thanks a lot for the information on the London riots. It's a very worrying
and unfortunate happening. We were generally under the impression that riots
occur in our parts, like India, but it seems to be a global phenomenon.
