YOU don't mess up with our Goan electorate. You have been elected by them and it is the duty of each MLA however big or small to abide by the wishes of the electorate. Michael Logo and Vijai Sardessai are two MLA's, one a deputy Speaker and other the Town & Country Planning Minister who are learning it the hard way that your voters won't tolerate if the concerned electorate representative is acting against the interest of the electorate. While Michael Link has not been allowed to address the Calangute Gram Sabha in the course of an extended meeting which sent him a strong message that he was not welcome to speak as a special invitee, and finally had to walkout, Vijai has also been reined in by the Fatordakars who seem to be disenchanted with his style of functioning. The people of South His are die-hards who won't tolerate being taken for a ride.In a hastily formed coalition, where several top brass are undergoing treatment at various Hospitals for their particular ailments, the electorate have made it clear that enough is enough. Vijay should better watch out Fatordekar are out to get you if you do not tow their line. A political revolution is brewing up at a time when Goa is in the grip of no governance at all. The people are angry for having been taken for a ride. Their patience is fast evaporating.
