benefit to transportation.
Carrasco is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of consulting
experience in transportation engineering. The award recognized his
development of innovative vehicle simulation software that has
revolutionized the design of intersections, roundabouts and other
facilities. The software is used by transportation engineers throughout
