Hello Goanetters,
Last week's trek did not materialize as there was a derailment of a
train at the Dudhsagar Sector, so we look forward to trekking this
weekend. We have about 9 participants so far, and I'm soon going to
close participation as i don't want a huge group as the personal touch
is lost otherwise.
Tomorrow, I'll be organizing an overnight trek to Dudhsagar Falls on the
border of Goa and Karnataka. We leave tomorrow (sunday) afternoon around
1pm from Margao, South Goa to Collem by train and then will be hiking
3.5 hrs to the falls. We will camp at the foot of the falls, getting
back only the next (monday) afternoon back to Margao.

participation fee of 250 which includes transport + entrance to the
Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary.
While WildGoa takes all precautions to avoid accidents and incidents (we
have a clean track record!), everybody participates at their own risk.
