The battle lines for the Panaji by-election are now finally drawn. It’s
going to be a young, sincere, humble, energetic and very vociferous Girish
Chodankar against a so rancid, dishonest, arrogant, worn out and
double-faced Manohar Parrikar.
On 23rd August for the people of Panaji the one point agenda is going to be
to ensure that through a well orchestrated surgical strike Manohar Parrikar
is politically ambushed.
Panaji and Goa at large will finally rejoice to see the end of
Parrikar-ism.
