DEAR EDITOR ALEXANDRE IT is pity that we pedestrians cannot easily walk on footpath in this heart of city when there are no zebra crossings lines available at important places nor footpaths meant for senior citizens/pedestrians and school children near Don Bosco school. In this same area my letter in Citizen Herald failed to come up earlier probably the owners of this building shown some kind of documents to prove it is their area and not municipality footpath for proving their area. Although it appeared in The Goan as well as in Goan Observer but Herald which I feel it has heavy circulation of their newspapers failed to publish. Anybody looking at this photo taken just now at 5.40pm today with a truck parked in this supposedly footpath is creating hazard to pedestrians and in turn some NO PARKING BOARDS are erected for ordinary citizens who are then parking on the adjacent road. Many times I see high end vehicles are parked over there. Will now at least consider this letter to be published in CITIZEN HERALD as emergency because it is already late. I am authorised by owner Raul to bring issues of public interest but in these days they are not been published. Sorry to know if it is true.
